Group Coaching:
At times, I offer group coaching sessions—either single events or a short series—bringing together individuals with shared goals and challenges.
In this supportive setting, you’ll gain new insights, take part in guided exercises, and engage in meaningful discussions that promote growth and connection. Group coaching allows you to learn from others’ experiences while realizing you’re not alone on your path to self-improvement.

Workshop & Micro-Courses: COMING SOON!
Live Workshops
I offer live Zoom workshops for up to 20 people. These may be one-time events or span 4 to 8 weeks. Each workshop focuses on a specific topic, taught with structure, practice, and coach support. You’ll receive handouts and follow-along exercises so you can apply what you learn between sessions.
Micro-courses
Micro-courses are short, bite-sized lessons (about 5 minutes or less each). You can take them at your own pace, often as part of a series of 10–12 micro-courses that build toward a broader skill or topic. This format lets you “sneak in” learning during your busy day.
You’ll access micro-courses via a platform (login provided after enrollment).
Learning new habits or skills works best with consistency. These micro-courses give you manageable, repeatable touchpoints to help reinforce change over time.

People don’t come to coaching to stay the same. They come to coaching to create change. The first step to any change is to create awareness around what you want to change. As your coach, I will guide you in the direction of your goals through action steps. Action steps are chosen by you, with input and ideas from me, to lead you to achieve your goals. My coaching style can be best described as compassionate yet impelling; forthright yet sensitive; digging to go deeper yet respecting your boundaries. Several methods of coaching exist - explore them below!
1:1 Coaching:
Experience truly personal coaching, whether in person or via video call—designed around your goals.
We typically meet for 50 minutes each week over a fixed period, though longer or more frequent sessions can be arranged to accelerate progress.
You begin by naming your ultimate goal. Together, we break it into manageable steps. I support you by offering insight, accountability, and new ways of thinking and behaving. Between sessions, you’ll have action steps, and at each meeting we track progress and celebrate wins.
